Should any of the selections suspend publication, increase their price to us to otherwise become unavailable, we will provide substitute publications of equal or greater value. This includes at our discretion, a substitute or an extension of service. We will always seek to assure your satisfaction.

Membership Terms:
Orders may be cancelled without penalty by phone, mail or email anytime within 10 days from the date of sale shown on the order confirmation and agreement depending on your province at the time of the sale.
After the initial payment, you may cancel anytime by simply notifying our company by phone, mail or email within your cancellation period as described in your order confirmation and agreement.
Delivery of your magazines will begin as soon as 30 days to an unlikely maximum of 16 weeks. Any publications slow in starting will remain in service that much longer. For your convenience, after the contracted term, services will automatically renew on a simple month to month basis.
Disclaimer of Liability:
Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof.
Recovery here-under by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor here-under.
Payment Terms:

Monthly payments can be made by automatic credit or debit card charge or via phone by calling 1-888-595-9819.
Fees will apply to all checks return for "Insufficient Funds."

A $5.00 late charge will apply for payment made after the 10th of each month. This amount will be included in your monthly invoice.
A $25.00 processing fee will apply to all checks return for "Insufficient Funds."
Refund Policy:
No Returns or Refunds after 3 business days from the Sale Date.
You may cancel this account up to 10 days from the date of sale without any further obligation depending on your province at the time of the sale.
